Senior Flutter Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead architectural conversations and make decisions that impact multiple teams or domains.

• Create essential libraries and internal packages; establish standards for code quality, security (data at rest/transit), and documentation.

• Collaborate with UX, backend, and product teams to ensure technical strategy aligns with business objectives.

• Spearhead initiatives to enhance rendering, reactivity, and observability (metrics, monitoring, error tracking) at scale.

• Enhance the technical skills of Junior and SSr engineers through constructive feedback and thorough code reviews.

• Promote the use of AI-powered tools (Cursor/Copilot) to improve developer experience and mitigate technical debt.

• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the SDK, rendering pipeline, and responsive design principles.

• Demonstrated experience with Clean Architecture, Layered Architecture, and advanced State Management (BLoC, Riverpod, etc.).

• Proficient in secure architectures, including MFA, Biometrics, SSO, and handling sensitive data.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

• Extensive experience with REST APIs, MethodChannels (native bridge), and complex third-party integrations.

• Proven track record in defining end-to-end testing strategies and overseeing CI/CD pipelines (pipelines, automation, deployments).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence engineering standards and mentor peers.

• Expertise in Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, and performance profiling tools.
