
Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance – FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of elements within the consolidated financial model, covering the annual operating plan, long-term strategy, and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Manage the complete forecast cycle from start to finish, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for leadership.
• Develop and oversee frameworks to assess strategic initiatives and make capital allocation decisions.
• Deliver executive-facing outputs, including the Weekly Business Review, monthly operational expense reviews, and quarterly materials for the Board and Audit Committee.
• Create analyses that are ready for decision-making, detailing variances between actuals and plans, as well as forecasts at both consolidated and segment levels.
• Collaborate with finance counterparts in categories, marketing, and operations to gather and integrate inputs.
• Design models in Excel and Google Sheets to address complex business inquiries.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), design scorecards, and automate reporting processes.
• Enhance planning and reporting infrastructure by leveraging AI, automation, and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or consulting.
• Outstanding financial modeling capabilities, including the ability to create consolidated profit and loss (P&L) and scenario models from the ground up.
• Proficient in handling large datasets.
• Previous experience with SQL or Looker is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and a curious mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
