Senior Financial Analyst, Growth Finance – International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop international regional budgets from scratch, collaborating with business leaders in customer acquisition and retention.

• Examine data to create actionable insights that enhance acquisition and retention performance in conjunction with International regional leaders, utilizing AI tools to identify patterns and anomalies at scale.

• Prepare all necessary materials for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews.

• Take ownership of, manage, and enhance core Growth Finance planning tools.

• Construct and sustain detailed, dynamic financial models to guide monthly forecasts, budgeting, and planning efforts.

• Collaborate with and assist the International Business team by monitoring performance, offering financial modeling support, and recognizing risks and opportunities.

• Evaluate operational processes related to each accounting period close, encompassing accruals, variance analysis, management reporting, and model recalibrations.

• Generate monthly variance analysis and comprehensive performance reviews to enhance forecasting accuracy.

• Advocate for the adoption of AI and automation to streamline and perpetually improve all FP&A processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Finance within an ecommerce environment and FP&A context.

• Strong understanding of essential Growth Finance concepts such as conversion funnel, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, and LTV:CAC.

• Proficient financial modeling skills with a high level of expertise in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including model architecture, formula efficiency, and pivot tables.

• Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Adaptive is highly desirable; familiarity with finance planning tools is advantageous.

• Knowledge of EU business operations and specific local regulations. Fluency in English is required.

• A strong desire to integrate AI tools as a fundamental aspect of your work.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools in a professional or analytical setting to enhance productivity, analysis quality, or reporting.

• Ability to critically assess and work with AI-generated outputs.
