Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute top-tier financial reporting and forecasting processes, which include long-term planning and scenario modeling.

• Work alongside senior leadership and their teams to provide on-demand financial analysis and budgetary assistance. Deliver actionable insights to guide critical decisions and align capital allocation with strategic company goals.

• Identify and optimize processes, promote standardization, and create scalable solutions for our operational methodologies to foster the next stage of accelerated growth and scale.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately assess financial performance against strategic targets. Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the P&L.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually enhance our FP&A systems, improving operational efficiency while ensuring the system remains user-friendly.

• Prepare presentations and materials for Board of Directors meetings, investors, and internal reporting purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A self-motivated individual who challenges the status quo and provides actionable recommendations.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A within a high-growth software company and/or investment banking.

• Profound understanding of SaaS business models with a demonstrated ability to analyze critical SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC).

• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems (preferably Netsuite and Pigment).

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Netsuite, Workday, and Anaplan. Expertise in Pigment is a plus!

• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in AI-focused finance workflows, as this team is actively developing in that area.

• Exceptional communication skills - capable of collaborating across various functions and levels within the company, as well as with external partners.
