This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with financial leaders to create annual budgets, track monthly performance, conduct sensitivity analyses, and assist in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing financial performance.
• Assist the Director of FP&A & Enterprise Analytics in overseeing essential financial processes and reporting.
• Evaluate the achievability of budgets across divisions and functions.
• Conduct comprehensive P&L analysis down to the bottom line.
• Aid in the development of reports by service line.
• Participate in the creation of monthly business review presentations.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are adhered to and that data remains accurate.
• Provide in-depth analysis and operational KPIs to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Coordinate processes for forecasting, budgeting, and the Medium-Term Plan.
• Review significant projects and financial investments.
• Contribute to plans for cost optimization and transformation.
• Support functional leaders in their financial needs.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement and FP&A-specific projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 4 years of finance experience with a proven record of increased responsibility.
• A solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
• Ability to comprehend and execute accounting transactions effectively.
• Demonstrated experience with accounting systems along with reporting and analysis tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and charting tools.
• Capacity to interface effectively with senior business leaders.
• Skill in translating complex financial data into insightful analyses and explanations.
• Experience in communicating forecasts, research, analysis, and variance explanations.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
