This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the FP&A Manager in the creation and execution of financial analysis systems and methodologies.
• Lead the forecasting and planning processes by constructing, updating, and maintaining financial models.
• Examine financial performance and pinpoint key factors by assessing variances against budget, forecast, and previous periods.
• Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights to aid in business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial advice, question assumptions, and influence results.
• Generate precise, clear, and pertinent financial reports for leadership review.
• Analyze trends and performance indicators to uncover opportunities and risks.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems while resolving discrepancies.
• Improve financial models through automation, forecasting tools, and alternative methodologies.
• Convey complex financial concepts to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
• Promote process enhancements in reporting and forecasting workflows.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and provide timely insights.
• Work collaboratively across functions to align financial viewpoints with operational priorities.
• Keep detailed documentation of assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions.
• Comply with internal controls and financial governance standards.
• Explore and create AI use cases to enhance efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance-related roles.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Adaptive or equivalent tools.
• Capability to analyze and interpret intricate financial data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven, inquisitive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Applicants must have eligibility to work in the US for full-time employment; sponsorship is not provided.
• Preferred: experience in SaaS or financial technology sectors.
• Preferred: experience with Workday Adaptive, including workforce modeling.
• Preferred: background in Sales or Marketing Support.
• Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce.
