Senior FIFRA Regulatory Affairs Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the preparation, execution, and coordination of regulatory initiatives for the introduction of new products.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the FIFRA to register active ingredients and products.

• Navigate the regulatory frameworks pertaining to biological products.

• Conduct thorough data gap analyses and formulate waiver requests.

• Compose and evaluate regulatory labels to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

• Serve as a key point of contact for expertise in North America.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to regulatory specialists and managers.

• Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure strategic alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Natural Resources, or a related scientific field is required.

• At least 8+ years of professional experience in agrochemical registration.

• A proven history of successfully registering products under FIFRA regulations.

• Demonstrated practical experience with traditional crop protection chemicals, biologicals, as well as antimicrobials and biocides.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of Health Canada’s PMRA processes is preferred.

• Proficiency in German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Japanese is considered an asset (preferred).
