Senior Field Sales Manager – Mid Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within prospective customer accounts

• Establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients

• Ensuring clients maintain a high level of satisfaction

• Executing and concluding the sales process to achieve revenue objectives

• Engaging with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, webcasts, or phone calls

• Taking ownership of and coordinating all sales-related activities

• Negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements to optimize profitability

• Cultivating trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

• Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics based on essential quantitative indicators

• Leveraging sales technologies such as Outreach.io, Chorus.ai, ZoomInfo, and others

• Keeping accurate records in SalesForce.com in line with company guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets

• Strong networking and prospecting abilities

• Established experience in delivering product demonstrations

• Skills in negotiation and influencing business decisions

• Proficiency in closing sales

• Capacity to take initiative, be proactive, and foresee client needs

• Comprehensive understanding of business operations, financials, products/services, and market dynamics

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Capability to manage personal territory/accounts and allocate resources effectively

• Outstanding presentation abilities

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Prior experience with SalesForce.com (Preferred)

• Previous experience with Outreach.io (Preferred)

• Background in Account Management with cloud-based/SaaS solutions (Preferred)
