Senior Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer needs regarding scalability, availability, and security, and offer architectural recommendations.

• Implement Dataiku across a diverse range of technical environments, including SaaS, Kubernetes, Spark, Cloud, or on-premises.

• Automate the operation, installation, and monitoring of the Data Science ecosystem components within our infrastructure stack.

• Work in collaboration with Revenue and Customer teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

• Foster technical success by acting as a trusted advisor to both our customers and internal account teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with at least one cloud-based service (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Practical experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem, covering setup, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Knowledge of Ansible or other application deployment tools (such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).

• Background in cloud-based Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (like Snowflake, Databricks).

• Some familiarity with Python.

• Resilience when encountering technical challenges.

• Comfort and assurance in client-facing interactions.

• Capability to work effectively in both pre-sales and post-sales scenarios.
