Senior FHIR Mapping, Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate healthcare data from Electronic Health Records (EHRs), payer systems, and HL7 v2 feeds, and map it to FHIR R4 resources and profiles.

• Spearhead the analysis, design, and execution of FHIR-based data mappings from HL7 v2, CCDA, X12, and proprietary formats.

• Develop and uphold FHIR source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and conformance documentation.

• Conduct terminology mapping utilizing standard coding systems such as SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, and ICD-10.

• Assess FHIR payloads with conformance and testing tools, and assist in integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

• Generally requires over 7 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, integration, and mapping.

• Proficient hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR R4, encompassing resources, profiles, bundles, and extensions.

• Experience in mapping from HL7 v2, CCDA, X12, and/or proprietary EMR formats to FHIR.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
