Senior Feasibility Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Performing detailed feasibility evaluations for clinical trials, which involve assessing site capabilities, resource availability, and identifying potential risks.

• Collaborating with clinical operations teams, project managers, and various stakeholders to collect and analyze data pertinent to trial feasibility.

• Compiling thorough feasibility reports and recommendations to aid in project planning and decision-making processes.

• Examining historical data and site performance metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges that influence trial feasibility.

• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical sites, investigators, and external partners.

• Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to clinical trial feasibility and planning.

• Offering mentorship and guidance to junior feasibility team members while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Substantial experience in conducting clinical trial feasibility assessments, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical research processes and site management.

• Outstanding analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven record of managing multiple feasibility projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to feasibility assessments and clinical research.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 15%).
