• Lead, train, and mentor team members: Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure high engagement and productivity levels.
• Oversee client service: Guarantee that exceptional client service is delivered consistently. Address escalated client concerns promptly and resolve them efficiently to uphold client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree with 3 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• 3 - 7 years of experience in healthcare claims.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and mentor staff.
• Strong client service skills with a capability to address and resolve client issues.
• Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to monitor client service levels effectively.
