This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish content themes, messaging frameworks, and programming strategies for all events, including brand, field, and community functions.
• Oversee the complete content strategy and implementation for Collaborative, GoFundMe's premier conference, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, brand voice, and audience requirements.
• Design and organize agendas, keynotes, breakouts, and additional sessions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Create and present session proposals that include topic briefs, speaker justifications, and learning objectives that align with the overall event strategy and programming goals.
• Seamlessly incorporate product positioning and essential messaging into event content, ensuring each session justifies its inclusion on the agenda.
• Identify, propose, and secure keynote and featured speakers, managing outreach from prospecting to confirmation, while building a sustainable speaker pipeline.
• Utilize audience data, post-event feedback, and engagement metrics to continuously enhance content strategy and session effectiveness.
• Work in conjunction with the Communications and Product Marketing teams to develop overarching themes, storylines, and maintain message consistency across all channels.
• 5–7 years of experience in content strategy, event content management, or related areas (B2B marketing, brand storytelling, or corporate communications).
• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas.
• Proven experience in creating content for large-scale conferences, executive presentations, or multi-format event programs.
• Strong project management capabilities with a successful track record of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience in developing content for conferences, executive presentations, or large-scale events.
• Background in the nonprofit and/or social sector, with an understanding of the unique needs and perspectives of mission-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to link content strategies to sales and marketing objectives.
• Proficient in creating and editing presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
• Capable of collaborating effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
