This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute comprehensive evaluation systems for the VHA AI Education Hub.
• Utilize mixed-methods evaluation techniques, including content analysis, quantitative tracking, surveys, focus groups, and structured interviews.
• Manage the generation, formatting, and communication of performance reports.
• Convert findings into strategic recommendations and integrate them within program strategies.
• Engage with Government stakeholders to review progress, present findings, propose assessment initiatives, and set priorities.
• Create data-driven recommendations for the sustainability and expansion of AI education resources.
• Perform secondary research and environmental scans to benchmark against similar federal, healthcare, and AI literacy programs.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing program evaluation systems.
• Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative assessment methodologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Evaluation, Public Health, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience supporting federal agency clients, preferably within VA, VHA, DoD, or another federal health or workforce development context.
• Capability to obtain and maintain VA network access and fulfill VHA personnel security requirements, including relevant background investigations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Expertise in survey design, focus group facilitation, structured interviews, and secondary/desk research.
• Experience in translating findings into executive-level reports and strategic recommendations.
• Background in evaluating technology adoption, digital literacy, or AI/emerging technology training programs.
• Familiarity with VHA or VA organizational structures, workforce development priorities, or health informatics initiatives.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization/reporting tools.
• Understanding of federal performance management frameworks such as OMB guidance, GPRA/GPRAMA, or HHS/VA evaluation policies.
