Senior Equity Research Analyst – Healthtech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough, bottom-up fundamental research on innovative, publicly traded healthcare and insurance companies globally.

• Take charge of idea generation, news tracking, and data analysis within your sectors, actively identifying and highlighting opportunities for alpha generation.

• Engage in financial modeling and valuation, utilizing all accessible data sources to gain insights into and forecast company KPIs.

• Build and maintain relationships with key sector experts and management teams, and participate in significant conferences and events.

• Integrate BIT Capital’s alternative data, artificial intelligence, and quantitative capabilities into your research process, while identifying opportunities to enhance these capabilities.

• Collaborate with other members of the investment team, particularly in the biotech sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong academic background in any relevant field, such as Economics, Mathematics, or Medicine.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in investment research, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sectors (including equity research, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting).

• In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory framework.
