This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• This role involves complex work supporting information technology applications through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously optimizing and supporting them.
• The position is fully remote; however, travel may be required for mandatory meetings, site visits, and go-lives.
• The senior analyst will deliver advanced technical support, configuration, integration, and maintenance for various healthcare applications and their associated technologies throughout their lifecycle.
• Additionally, the senior analyst may oversee small to mid-sized projects related to these applications and their technologies, assisting in project planning and execution.
• This role includes mentoring other analysts and contributing to the establishment of best practices and standards for application configuration, deployment, support, archival, and decommissioning.
• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of four (4) years of work experience is required, or candidates must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with six years of relevant experience.
• Certification on one or more Epic applications is mandatory, and maintenance of that certification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
• The candidate must possess extensive business and application knowledge and experience.
• Familiarity with system analysis and operating systems is necessary.
• The ability to assess needs and determine the most effective approach through documentation is required.
• Skills in problem definition and data collection, including establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions, are essential.
• The candidate should be able to read, analyze, and interpret general industry publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Proficiency in writing reports, correspondence, and process documents is necessary.
• The ability to effectively present information and address inquiries or complaints from employees, managers, directors, senior leaders, and the general public is required.
