This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the operation, administration, and enhancement of Epic Radiant.
• Work in collaboration with clinical and technical stakeholders to optimize workflows and system capabilities.
• Configure, develop, test, maintain, and resolve issues related to Epic Radiant updates.
• Provide support for incident, change, and problem management in accordance with ITIL frameworks.
• Assist with medium to high-complexity clinical applications in both acute and non-acute care environments.
• Evaluate problems, execute solutions, and ensure application reliability and efficiency.
• Epic Radiant Certification (Mandatory)
• Over 5 years of experience in Epic Radiant configuration and application support.
• Background in supporting clinical information systems within a healthcare setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of radiology workflows and support for Epic applications.
• Hourly compensation based on experience ranging from $70.00 to $83.00/hr
