
Senior EPC Project Manager – Turnkey Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Comprehensive oversight of the infrastructure and construction aspects within EPC projects.
• Accountable for construction sequencing and schedule planning, encompassing scheduling, sequencing, and coordination.
• Responsible for managing the construction cost budget and maintaining ongoing cost control.
• Coordination of all project stakeholders and partners, including contractors, engineering firms, suppliers, and installation companies.
• Preparation of scope of work specifications and tender documentation.
• Soliciting and coordinating bids for infrastructure services.
• Preparation and review of construction and supply contracts.
• Management of change orders, claims, and modifications to contracts.
• Overall responsibility for monitoring and managing construction execution.
• Preparation of cost summaries and project reports.
• Identification of risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Active involvement in budget control and forecasting.
• University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Construction technician (Bautechniker) or master craftsman (Meister) with relevant experience.
• Several years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in tendering and procurement for construction services.
• Contract management experience (EPC / construction contracts).
• Expertise in construction supervision and project implementation.
• Experience with industrial facilities or energy projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction contract law, ideally VOB.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Structured and commercially-minded approach.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Technical understanding of construction and infrastructure projects.
• High organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Hands-on mentality and assertiveness.
• Proficiency in German (C1).
• Proficiency in English (at least B2).
