This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Act as an advisor and liaison to execute strategy and support operations, projects, programs, and service delivery results.

• Accountable for the planning, execution, coordination, and assessment of programs and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborates effectively with various levels of the organization to comprehend business needs and the interconnected issues affecting the implementation and delivery of business operations and services.

• Offers expertise and knowledge in programs and workstreams.

• Provides consultative assistance to Trinity Health (TH) leadership in the execution of strategy, operational services, and other initiatives.

• Actively consults and engages operationally in the development and execution of programs and strategies.

• Oversees and implements small to medium-scale projects, programs, and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field from an accredited institution (e.g., nursing, laboratory science (clinical microbiology), epidemiology, public health).

• Certification in Infection Control (e.g., CIC, from the Certification Board of Infection Control & Epidemiology, Inc.).

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in applying criteria to identify and report healthcare-associated infections (HAI) to the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN).
