
Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – Cyber Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will embrace a hunter role that offers substantial autonomy: your responsibilities will include strategically advising C-level decision-makers, growing existing account business, and actively pursuing new opportunities.
• In the position of Enterprise Account Manager, you will oversee the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and pipeline development to successfully closing deals within the enterprise segment.
• You will engage with C-level executives (CISO, CIO) as an equal partner, providing insights on comprehensive cyber security strategies and contemporary cloud security architectures. You are knowledgeable about the essential content and requirements of regulations such as NIS2 and DORA.
• Collaborating closely with our technology partners (SecOps, Wiz, Trend AI) and security consultants, you will tailor suitable solutions to meet complex customer needs.
• Staying informed about current cyber threats, trends, and emerging security technologies, you will actively incorporate this knowledge into your sales discussions. Traditional firewalls and perimeter security are outdated for you; your expertise lies in Zero-Trust, highly automated SIEM/SOAR solutions, and the challenges of AI security.
• Experience: You have several years of demonstrated success in B2B direct sales (enterprise sales) of IT solutions.
• Tech focus: Your primary area of specialization is cyber security. You possess in-depth market knowledge, familiarity with common vendor ecosystems, and an understanding of modern solution strategies (Zero-Trust, Cloud-Native Security, SASE, AI-driven Threat Detection). You recognize that SOC is not just a buzzword, but a complex solution that you can relate to your enterprise customers. You also comprehend the distinction between vulnerability scanning and red teaming.
• Communication: You are assured in negotiations, present with authority, and can effectively translate intricate technical matters into compelling business cases.
• Mindset: You are highly self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Team player and drive: You exhibit a focus on results and enjoy collaborating within our diverse team.
• Languages: Fluent in German and possess very good English skills, both written and spoken.
