This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Responsible for executing and managing the SAP/Vistex S4/V4 and ECC functionalities for the Pharma and 3PL business segments, focusing on billbacks, chargebacks, rebates, compliance, and other relevant areas.
• Offer leadership in the planning and sequencing of end-to-end design workshops while supporting the facilitation of these workshops, utilizing knowledge of industry best practices and global SAP implementation experience.
• Assist in complex fit/gap analyses and design decisions, validating the assessments made by less experienced team members; ensure that deviations from standard functionality are justified by significant business rationale and a positive value proposition.
• Identify synergies and areas for optimization within the RNI domain and oversee their execution.
• Comprehend the solution thoroughly and conduct testing as necessary.
• Foster and maintain strategic relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Focus on customer needs with a deep understanding of business requirements.
• Enhance end-user satisfaction by employing specific metrics.
• Offer guidance and direction to teams during problem resolution and crisis management.
• Lead solution initiatives, organizing and supervising projects effectively.
• Hold ownership of defects, enhancements, and new build projects concerning RNI.
• Influence internal and external clients to utilize standard solutions while minimizing customizations.
• Assist in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners to deliver solutions that add value to business functions.
• Collaborate with other process tower leaders (OTC, PTP, RTR, and non-SAP systems) to ensure cohesive solutions without disrupting cross-functional and downstream processes or applications.
• Support the preparation and execution of prioritization meetings (for enhancements and defects) with RNI functional partners.
• Ensure that all critical RNI processes are adequately monitored and alerted, and automate recurring incidents.
• Accountable for IT controls, SOX compliance, and audit findings related to the SAP Pharma platform.
• Responsible for managing the KPIs and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma business units on SAP.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong functional and configuration knowledge in Vistex modules with an emphasis on Billbacks, Chargebacks, Supplier rebates, Customer rebates, and Compliance is preferred.
• Experience in all global SAP aspects, including defining and assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Sales Order processing, and purchasing functions is preferred.
• Familiarity with interfaces, specifically hands-on experience with SAP to SAP and SAP to Non-SAP integrations, is preferred.
• Experience with V4/S4 is preferred.
• Work experience managing IDOC issues is preferred.
• Strong business acumen in the pharmaceutical wholesale distribution sector is preferred.
• Extensive experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency in ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Experience providing direction to teams in managing and troubleshooting complex interfaces involving multiple systems (e.g., SalesForce, Order Express (Web Order Entry), Manhattan, SAP MDG, IBM MDM, IDM, EDI, ECM, IronPort, PlanetPress, etc.) and middleware applications is preferred.
