Senior Engineer, Digital Workspace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain contemporary workplace solutions for enterprise clients.

• Act as a technical authority and trusted consultant across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.

• Direct the design and execution of digital workspace architectures.

• Strategize, implement, and transition complex digital workspace solutions.

• Ensure optimal availability, performance, and security of client digital workspaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure or digital workspace engineering (or 5+ years at a senior level).

• Strong practical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot).

• Proficient in modern SharePoint architecture and information management, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity (Entra Connect).

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (enablement, governance, integration, and optimization).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience or military background.

• Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator/Enterprise Administrator, and relevant Copilot/SharePoint specialization credentials.
