Senior Engineer – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Automate the provisioning and management of configurations by adhering to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.

• Develop and sustain automated scripts designed to build, configure, deploy, and test applications.

• Oversee, maintain, and enhance the continuous integration environment.

• Achieve operational excellence by minimizing human errors and enhancing quality.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address development challenges.

• Create internal tools and applications.

• Work in partnership with other team members.

• Assess application performance and implement improvements for efficiency.

• Assist in defining security requirements for systems and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, systems administration, or DevOps.

• Experience with Linux, preferably CentOS.

• Proficient in AWS Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) administration, including SDKs, CLI, and console.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming in Python, Go, Ruby, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform, or CloudFormation.

• Experience in MySQL database administration.

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
