Senior Employment Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise employment litigation cases and deliver expert legal advice on intricate workplace conflicts.

• Independently manage cases while working collaboratively with a team of attorneys.

• Perform legal research, draft motions, and advocate for clients in employment law matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including managing workplace disputes and providing client counsel.

• A minimum of four years of experience in Employment Litigation, with a focus on case management and client representation.

• Strong proficiency in legal research and analysis to inform case strategies.

• Exceptional writing skills for preparing and submitting motions and other legal documents.

• Active bar membership in good standing is required.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex legal cases, including high-value claims.

• CA Bar license is essential; NY Bar license is an advantage.
