Senior eDiscovery Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive management of eDiscovery projects, regardless of size and complexity, ensuring top-notch quality and timely delivery of outcomes.

• Provide guidance to clients on eDiscovery strategies, from identification and collection to production, including processes such as culling, filtering, and document review.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project-related inquiries, customized solutions, and workflow issues; act as a general subject matter expert capable of mobilizing specialized experts as needed.

• Conduct high-level project and matter communication meetings and status updates, offering insights, solutions, and recommendations.

• Accountable for developing, maintaining, and communicating project timelines and budgets.

• Responsible for project-level reporting concerning metrics and deliverables.

• Collaborate across internal delivery teams to ensure the appropriate services are provided to meet project requirements.

• Assist with the invoicing process, including the review and correction of client invoices.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of eDiscovery Project Management experience with a service provider or large law firm.

• In-depth knowledge of standard eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Brainspace, etc.

• Familiarity with the analytical capabilities of various eDiscovery tools and understanding of relevant best practice workflows.

• Strong capacity to effectively manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.

• A proactive problem-solver with the capability to identify and address issues early on.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver effective client-facing updates and guide clients through challenging decisions.

• A relationship builder with a long-term vision for managing client relationships.

• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities, capable of navigating a matrixed environment.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and professionalism.

• A Master's degree in a relevant field is a significant advantage.

• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is preferred; additional relevant certifications are a strong plus.
