Senior E-Commerce, Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the hands-on execution, analysis, and enhancement of e-commerce sales and marketing initiatives.

• Ensure a superior customer experience across the company's websites.

• Maintain a uniform message and branding across email, social media, and on-site platforms.

• Coordinate graphic design requirements across multiple channels through clear briefs, asset reviews, and effective cross-functional follow-ups.

• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, translating insights into actionable strategies.

• Assist in making decisions regarding product assortment, promotions, and marketing strategies.

• Implement initiatives that drive sales and enhance profitability.

• Support integrated marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and perform market research.

• Oversee project timelines and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to execute e-commerce projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Required skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly advanced Google Sheets; experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform; familiarity with Klaviyo or equivalent email marketing tools; knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms; and social media management tools.

• Preferred: Experience with TikTok Shop.
