This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive implementations of Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions, taking primary responsibility for Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM).

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to collect, analyze, and assess business requirements, executing fit-gap evaluations and developing scalable solutions that adhere to best practices.

• Conduct workshops and design sessions within Finance and HR areas, collecting requirements regarding financial processes, workforce management, organizational structures, and operational models.

• Configure standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and collaborate closely with technical teams on extensions, integrations, and solution architecture as necessary.

• Offer insights on comprehensive business process design, ensuring alignment of hire-to-retire processes with fundamental financial and operational workflows.

• Generate high-quality functional documentation, which includes Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process maps, solution designs, and training materials.

• Assist in developing and executing data migration strategies, encompassing financial and HR data such as employee records, job structures, compensation data, and organizational setups.

• Lead or assist in testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, go-live, and post-go-live support for Finance and HR user groups.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and guiding customers through their digital transformation journeys.

• Work in collaboration with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, PMO, and broader cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, workshops, demonstrations, and proposals as needed.

• Mentor junior consultants, contribute to the development of internal best practices and accelerators, and assist in capability enhancement across the team.

• Remain informed about the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 within Finance and HCM, suggesting improvements and innovations to clients.

• Represent sa.global with professionalism and positivity at all times.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with substantial delivery experience in Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations.

• Strong functional expertise in Finance and Human Resources within broader cross-functional ERP solutions.

• Practical experience throughout the complete project lifecycle, including business analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

• In-depth knowledge of financial processes, including accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and project accounting.

• Familiarity with core HR processes, encompassing the hire-to-retire lifecycle, organizational management and hierarchies, position management, leave and absence, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

• Significant experience in delivering process optimization and business transformation initiatives.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing both business and technical audiences.

• Experience in leading workshops, managing client expectations, and nurturing strong client relationships.

• Knowledge of integrations, ISVs, enterprise architecture, security roles, and data privacy issues, particularly in HR-related solutions.

• Experience in Professional Services, Legal, or project-oriented industries is highly desirable.

• Preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-300 and MB-310.

• Experience in multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany environments would be a significant advantage.
