Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure optimal performance and ongoing enhancement of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform by collaborating closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align system functionalities with business requirements.

• Take the lead in hands-on development and configuration, encompassing X++ customizations, workflows, and system improvements in partnership with developers and technical teams.

• Guide and engage in the creation of system integrations, working cross-functionally to connect F&O with CRM, Power Platform, and external systems to enhance data flow and minimize manual processes.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to pinpoint and implement process improvements, utilizing F&O capabilities to boost efficiency, automation, and scalability.

• Assist in the development of reporting and analytics, partnering with business and data teams to facilitate actionable insights through Power BI, SSRS, and dashboards.

• Uphold system integrity, security, and compliance by coordinating with Finance and IT to ensure audit readiness and effective controls.

• Manage and contribute to platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements, in accordance with internal teams and Microsoft release schedules.

• Serve as a technical leader within the team, mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and collaboratively addressing complex system challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Extensive hands-on experience in X++ development, configuration, and system customization.

• Familiarity with Azure-based integrations (Logic Apps, APIs, Data Integrator, etc.).

• Functional expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Inventory).

• Experience in supporting reporting and analytics solutions (Power BI, SSRS).
