📋 Description

• Evaluate and compile data from loss prevention initiatives to enhance and fine-tune existing policies and identify further controls.

• Analyze global loss prevention data to deliver metric reporting.

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for APIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives for our clients, which includes assisting in the establishment of new APIs and supporting existing ones, along with API development.

• Design and engineer current Data Loss Prevention projects, encompassing data analytics, Alteryx workflow creation, API programming, and development in Python and Java, while utilizing a GITHUB environment for data storage and document management.

• Collaborate with the team to implement RESTful APIs that enhance internal analytics and accelerate reporting speed.

• Define, implement, and support process and technology enhancements aimed at preventing unauthorized disclosure, alteration, removal, or destruction of information.

• Address DLP alerts and conduct analysis for triage and escalation.

• Conduct thorough software testing and deploy integrated working software and workflows.

• Must be able to document and present architectural designs to stakeholders for approval.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key business customers.

• Convert customer requirements into actionable deliverables and negotiate feasibility with available tools and resources.

• Ability to understand technical details, eagerness to learn new and complex technologies, and enthusiasm for taking on challenging tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Cybersecurity role, particularly focusing on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Governance, or Security Engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in architecting and managing Microsoft Purview (MIP) and Microsoft Sentinel in a large-scale enterprise setting.

• Proficient with MS Purview, Defender, Sentinel, and Azure DB.

• Experienced in data analysis and collaborative tools.

• Must possess experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle, and Data Management.

• Should be skilled in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architectural Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design.

• Experienced in implementing APIs using RESTful or SOAP API.

• Proficient in Python and Java development.

• Familiar with developing machine learning algorithms.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills (including collaboration with management).

• Highly motivated and self-directed.

• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to train and mentor team members.
