📋 Description

• Take charge of divisional revenue, growth, market share, and overall business performance within the Labcorp Oncology portfolio.

• Convert enterprise oncology strategies into divisional growth plans, performance targets, and execution priorities.

• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, territory optimization, and business planning efforts.

• Propel divisional sales, growth, and market penetration goals.

• Discover growth opportunities and enhance Labcorp's position in the oncology market.

• Boost the adoption of Labcorp's integrated oncology portfolio across healthcare organizations.

• Establish Labcorp as a comprehensive provider of oncology solutions throughout the cancer care continuum.

• Advocate for precision medicine programs, research collaborations, health system partnerships, and EHR integration initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Managers and Oncology Development Executives.

• Foster leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and talent assessment.

• Promote accountability, ownership, execution, customer success, and operational excellence.

• Spearhead organizational change initiatives and support the evolution of the oncology commercial organization.

• Act as the executive sponsor for strategic oncology accounts.

• Build executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders and key stakeholders.

• Assist in enterprise account strategies and customer retention efforts.

• Influence enterprise testing strategies, partnership opportunities, and long-term customer growth plans.

• Collaborate with divisional and cross-functional leaders to drive enterprise growth initiatives.

• Align divisional goals with wider organizational objectives.

• Mobilize cross-functional resources to tackle customer opportunities and business challenges.

• Travel extensively throughout the designated region based on business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma with 14+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, genomics, oncology, laboratory services, or life sciences commercial; Associate degree with 12+ years; Bachelor's degree with 10+ years; or Master's degree with 8+ years.

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing people leaders, managers, or multi-state commercial sales organizations.

• Proven experience leading commercially dispersed teams across various states or regions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage divisional revenue performance, forecasting, sales execution, and pipeline management.

• Experience in supporting health systems, academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, oncology practices, pathology groups, or enterprise healthcare accounts.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.

• Strong executive presence and influence with customers, healthcare leaders, and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

• Capacity to cultivate productive relationships across matrixed teams and business functions.

• Strategic thinker with organizational leadership and decision-making skills.

• Knowledgeable in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, pathology, genomics, and emerging healthcare trends.

• Demonstrates accountability, ownership, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Proven ability to lead change, organizational transformation, and talent development initiatives.

• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry.

• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, pathology, genomics, hereditary cancer, molecular diagnostics, or oncology healthcare.

• Preferred: 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise healthcare accounts, academic medical centers, cancer centers, or integrated health systems.

• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in commercializing oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, genomic profiling, hereditary cancer testing, liquid biopsy, biomarker testing, pathology services, or precision medicine solutions.

• Preferred: 5+ years of experience using CRM platforms, forecasting tools, and enterprise sales planning methodologies.
