Senior Director, Market Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• The Sr. Director of Market Performance oversees the operational integrity and financial success of Cityblock’s Value-Based Care (VBC) ecosystem within designated market(s).

• This position serves as a vital link between enterprise strategy and local implementation, guiding others to ensure that care delivery models and payer collaborations are both integrated and efficient.

• Collaborating with regional market leadership, the Sr. Director enhances P&L performance by leveraging extensive industry knowledge to address complex business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, and/or population health.

• At least 3 years in direct P&L leadership positions within managed care, provider groups, or integrated delivery systems.

• Expertise: Profound knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care, and/or commercial risk-sharing agreements.

• Mission Alignment: Demonstrated dedication to enhancing healthcare for underserved or complex populations.
