This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and operational management to guarantee the timely and high-quality launch of Sobi's upcoming pipeline products.

• Develop and spearhead Sobi's Launch Excellence framework, incorporating cross-functional planning, governance, and performance assessment.

• Act as the primary coordinator for launch readiness, ensuring alignment among Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other essential functions.

• Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

• Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to enhance launch performance and patient impact in rare disease markets.

• Define and direct the North America Launch Excellence strategy.

• Create and refine a replicable launch framework that promotes consistency, accountability, and excellence across all product launches.

• Manage the comprehensive launch planning and execution process, establishing clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with global and regional leadership to ensure governance for launch readiness, including stage gates, KPIs, and risk management processes.

• Lead a high-performing, cross-functional launch team comprised of representatives from Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Customer Experience, Insights and Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• An advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, or MS) is preferred.

• A minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercialization, program management, launch excellence, or management consulting.

• Proven history of successfully leading multiple product launches, preferably in rare disease or specialty markets.

• At least 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional project teams within a matrix environment.

• A background in management consulting is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in building and leading cross-functional teams in a global or regional context.

• Comprehensive understanding of commercial readiness, market access, medical affairs, and regulatory launch processes.

• Experience in establishing launch governance frameworks and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in utilizing market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics data to inform strategic decision-making.

• Familiarity with regulatory submissions (e.g., NDA, BLA, MAA) and interactions with regulatory agencies is advantageous.
