Senior Director, Global Risk and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and manage a comprehensive global risk and compliance framework that aligns with NVIDIA’s strategic goals.

• Lead and oversee a team of compliance experts to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address risks across various business units.

• Develop and execute risk assessment programs while consistently enhancing risk management processes.

• Provide guidance to senior leadership on risk and compliance issues as well as risk mitigation approaches.

• Implement compliance programs that encompass policy formulation, training initiatives, and audits.

• Propel continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of risk and compliance operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree, or equivalent experience in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering, or an MBA.

• Over 15 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing global risk and compliance strategies in a digitally-driven environment.

• Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for managing a diverse team of professionals.

• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk and compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Proactive and driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
