Senior Director, Enterprise Data, Analytics, AI & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the enterprise strategy for Data, Analytics, AI, and Automation.

• Create and sustain a long-term roadmap for data modernization initiatives.

• Provide counsel to executive leadership regarding emerging technologies, trends in AI, opportunities, and potential risks.

• Oversee the architecture of the enterprise data platform, which includes the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Azure Data Lake.

• Establish frameworks for enterprise data governance, data quality, and master data management.

• Cultivate enterprise analytics capabilities that enhance decision-making processes.

• Promote the adoption of intelligent automation and AI tools to boost productivity.

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing organizational team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation.

• 7+ years of experience in leading enterprise data platforms, cloud data architectures, analytics engineering, or data management teams.

• 5+ years of experience in leading enterprise AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation projects.

• 5+ years of experience in people leadership, organizational development, financial oversight, and strategic vendor management.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps, investment strategies, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Expertise in establishing enterprise data governance, AI governance, information management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Experience leading modern cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystems.

• Experience managing enterprise ERP, CRM, and business intelligence ecosystems.

• Experience in global or multinational organizations; experience in a Japanese-affiliated company is preferred.

• Preferred experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail, or other complex multi-channel enterprises.
