📋 Description

• Take charge of the Global Customer Success Strategy and its execution.

• Guide a team of high-performing managers.

• Promote adoption and advocacy on a large scale.

• Develop and expand digital success initiatives.

• Oversee strategic account management.

• Ensure operational excellence.

• Lead cross-functional teams effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in client-facing SaaS positions.

• A minimum of 4 years in a leadership role managing teams or multiple tiers.

• Proven success in driving adoption outcomes.

• Familiarity with renewal and retention objectives.

• A strategic mindset.

• Strong executive communication abilities.

• Proficient in data-driven operations.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ideally based in the Eastern Time or GMT time zones.
