This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the AI Operations charter, including defining the MVP, establishing the roadmap, prioritizing tasks, managing the intake process, leading decision forums, tracking adoption outcomes, and setting the operating model.
• Specify the MVP for a governed enterprise AI capability, covering workload classes, key use cases, Bedrock access, visibility into usage and costs, sandbox management, application and agent registration, logging, exception management, Huron Knowledge validation, and decision rights.
• Create a federated platform operating model that integrates AI Delivery, Enterprise IT, Global Products, Engineering, Analytics, Consulting, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Offer technical guidance on architecture, sequencing, control-plane, and delivery trade-offs.
• Employ AI tools for various functions including planning, architectural analysis, documentation, backlog development, decision recording, stakeholder communication, and reviewing platform artifacts.
• Position AI Operations as a facilitative capability featuring reusable, sanctioned, observable, and cost-effective AI adoption pathways.
• Manage the MVP scope, stakeholder engagement, budget estimations, and criteria for phase-two scaling.
• Monitor success metrics for governed access adoption, workload visibility, cost transparency, operational readiness, Huron Knowledge enablement, agent safety, and acceleration of delivery.
• Report within AI Operations in the Office of the CTO, with the CTO serving as the executive sponsor.
• Over 12 years of experience in enterprise technology, platform leadership, cloud operations, AI enablement, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture.
• More than 5 years of experience leading cross-functional platform or capability initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise AI operational requirements, including model access, data protection, cost attribution, auditability, workload classification, sandboxing, governed knowledge, and AI governance.
• Technical proficiency with cloud platforms, AI platforms, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for analysis, documentation, planning, technical assessments, or lightweight prototyping.
• Capability to translate technical platform efforts into business outcomes, stakeholder decisions, funding requirements, and adoption metrics.
• Established experience engaging with senior stakeholders across technology, security, privacy, compliance, finance, legal, architecture, product, and delivery domains.
• Excellent written communication skills, encompassing executive narratives, decision memos, roadmap documentation, and operational model descriptions.
• Preferred experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, enterprise AI platforms, MLOps, LLMOps, platform engineering, or cloud governance.
• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with processes for intake, prioritization, governance, exception handling, or architecture reviews is preferred.
• Background in regulated, client-sensitive environments involving PHI, PII, or confidential data is advantageous.
• Experience in leading platform adoption across federated business teams is preferred.
