Senior Direct Response Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You autonomously create innovative advertising concepts, advertorial ideas, hooks, and formats that adhere to funnel logic (Eugene Schwartz, awareness stages, etc.).

• You provide briefings to creators and designers based on your developed concepts.

• You evaluate creative performance and formulate actionable insights and tests from it (creative iterations, new perspectives, novel funnel ideas).

• You collaborate closely with the media buying team to directly translate data-driven insights into creative concepts.

• You are responsible for the creative direction across Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and native advertising.

• You keep an eye on competitors, experiment with formats, and introduce fresh ideas that directly contribute to revenue growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in direct response creative strategy (preferably in a D2C setting).

• You possess expertise in funnel marketing.

• You have a deep understanding of people: their emotions, pain points, and desires—and can transform these into high-converting advertisements.

• Profound knowledge of funnel thinking, awareness stages, offer structuring, user-generated content, storytelling, video sales letters, scroll-stoppers, and conversion psychology.

• You are adept at briefing others (copy, design, video) and excel in articulating your concepts clearly.

• You work in a structured, fast-paced, and independent manner, consistently delivering high-performing creative outputs.

• You are driven, growth-oriented, and eager to be part of a performance-focused environment—not a corporate setting or agency balancing multiple tasks, but a genuine opportunity to shape and co-create.
