Senior Digital PR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement thorough Digital PR strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating links, and improving our clients' online reputations.

• Identify appropriate media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to present our narratives and secure media exposure.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, media representatives, and industry influencers to ensure consistent coverage and collaborations.

• Evaluate Digital PR performance metrics and compile monthly reports to assess campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Efficiently manage budgets, timelines, and resources to guarantee the successful execution of Digital PR initiatives.

• Review clients' websites to discover innovative angles for pitching.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with journalists.

• Keep an updated database of sites and journalists for targeting purposes.

• Generate content ideas and ensure timely delivery of content.

• Craft engaging press releases, pitches, and other Digital PR materials to effectively convey key messages and campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital PR.

• Demonstrated history of developing and executing successful Digital PR campaigns.

• Strong network of media contacts and industry influencers.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with clients and media contacts.

• Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving results.

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting Digital PR performance metrics.

• Experience in effectively managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to pitch ideas (creating excitement around content you wish to promote), generate creative concepts, and write press releases and blog posts.
