This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Assess media audiences, channels, target demographics, and placement sites;

• Analyze media briefings;

• Create and deliver strategic and tactical media plans;

• Oversee the operational procedure for requesting and reviewing proposals from media outlets;

• Execute digital campaigns, while monitoring and optimizing their effectiveness;

• Supervise and maintain published creative assets;

• Manage the entire post-campaign process, compiling and presenting reports based on campaign performance, investment, and timeline;

• Monitor potential media balances, contracts, and financial transactions;

• Generate and dispatch PIs/Purchase Orders to media outlets;

• Supply information to account management to aid in developing negotiation strategies with vendors;

• Identify and track media and market trends, while also observing competitors' media strategies;

• Establish methods to monitor campaign performance and evaluate success against defined business KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• Strong experience in digital media planning and operations.

• Proficient in media strategy and planning, performance management, and data analysis.

• Background in media buying, account and campaign setup, tag and pixel management.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Media, Affiliates and partner networks, Retail Media.

• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Power BI.

• Experience in creating reports and dashboards.

• Familiarity with performance and branding KPIs.

• Proven experience presenting to and/or leading meetings with clients.
