This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Strategize, initiate, and oversee ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Design and enhance Google Ads campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and conversions.
• Create and refine ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and campaign frameworks.
• Monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize for cost per acquisition and return on investment (ROI).
• Construct and manage marketing funnels to facilitate user acquisition.
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns along with automated sequences.
• Segment target audiences and enhance email performance metrics (open rates, conversions).
• Produce and edit short-form content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts).
• Generate User-Generated Content (UGC) style videos for both ads and organic use.
• Publish and schedule content across various social media channels.
• Repurpose existing content across platforms to maximize outreach.
• Perform A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, and messaging strategies.
• Track and assess key performance indicators (CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions).
• Oversee CRM and lead tracking systems.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives for growth.
• Keep abreast of trends, advertising strategies, and updates from platforms.
• Support the optimization of landing pages and websites.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of paid media strategies and lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Proficient video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Experience in creating engaging social media content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting ad copy and messaging.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns and adhere to deadlines.
