This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as a senior subject-matter expert in one or more digital health domains.
• Offer strategic direction, leadership, and oversight for various initiatives.
• Assist in prioritization decisions while informing governance and intake procedures.
• Collaborate with executive leaders, vendors, and product managers to refine product vision, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Convert high-level priorities into data-driven product concepts, operational frameworks, and success metrics.
• Facilitate coordination across portfolios to identify overlaps, dependencies, standardization, reuse, and scaling opportunities.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and executive-level communication to support decision-making.
• Offer guidance on workflow integration, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, enterprise adoption, and change management.
• Assist in the creation of vendor RFI/RFPs, business cases, value realization, and outcome measurement.
• Mentor and coach product managers and team members.
• Execute additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in one or more digital health domains.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the digital health industry.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and advisory roles.
• Capability to guide digital health product strategy, prioritization, and execution.
• Ability to collaborate with executive leaders, vendors, product managers, and delivery teams.
• Experience in translating strategy into scalable and operationally viable products and programs.
• Physical capability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 0–25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive movements with feet, legs, hands, and arms.
• Regular vision and depth perception for both near and far distances, along with color distinction.
• Frequent auditory and verbal communication; ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning equipment.
• Regular use of keyboard for data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping, and lifting/pushing/pulling objects weighing 25–50 lbs.
• Rare instances of climbing.
• No specific professional license or certification is required.
