Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for CI/CD pipelines

• Enhance development and deployment workflows

• Contribute to the design of scalable and secure infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, serverless, and on-premises environments

• Support technologies that drive and expand innovative content solutions for theme parks and attractions, including Six Flags, Warner Bros., and Harry Potter-themed experiences

• Impact technical decisions across software development teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud services

• At least 3 years of experience with AWS Lambda or similar cloud functions, Amazon Route 53, Amazon VPC, Amazon EC2, Pub/Sub messaging systems, Kubernetes, and Serverless Framework

• A minimum of 2 years in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, and AWS CodePipeline

• At least 2 years of experience with source-control platforms such as GitHub and AWS CodeCommit

• Minimum of 2 years in monitoring distributed systems, preferably using Datadog

• Experience in implementing secure Software Development Life Cycle practices

• Strong scripting capabilities with PowerShell, Bash, or Node.js; Python proficiency is a plus

• Basic understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems

• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and REST APIs

• Experience with on-premises or distributed solutions

• Solid grasp of ITIL principles and a proactive stance on continuous improvement

• Ability to produce precise, detailed, and well-organized technical documentation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-motivated, hands-on approach

• Enthusiasm for technology and the capacity to influence technical decisions within software development teams

• Dedication to completing tasks with accuracy, accountability, and integrity

• Advantages include: AI or MLOps experience, including NVIDIA Jetson or other NVIDIA technologies; familiarity with Agile software development methodologies; knowledge of Cloudflare services; experience with Helm; Docker Compose; Swagger or OpenAPI documentation; proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including DynamoDB, MongoDB, and MySQL; AWS or GCP professional certifications
