Senior Azure DevOps and Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the Azure DevOps platform.

• Optimize and refine internal development workflows.

• Establish and uphold custom fields and process templates.

• Oversee team configurations and capacity management.

• Manage users, groups, profiles, and access permissions.

• Assess, validate, and implement Azure DevOps extensions.

• Design and set up new pipelines.

• Assist teams with repository setup and organization.

• Rectify discrepancies in process records and data entries.

• Create queries and facilitate information extraction for analysis and monitoring.

• Develop and tailor Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Identify KPIs and performance metrics.

• Formulate business rules and formulas for performance tracking.

• Implement corporate visual standards and governance policies.

• Set up workspaces, credentials, and access permissions.

• Facilitate integrations between Azure DevOps, databases, and Power BI.

• Oversee data loads and automation processes.

• Provide training on dashboards, metrics, Azure DevOps, and best practices.

• Offer functional and technical support to Azure DevOps users.

• Assist teams in embracing and utilizing development pipelines.

• Provide recommendations for configuring and using Boards.

• Set up layouts, columns, fields, cards, and workflows.

• Aid in defining templates and agile management best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering and supporting Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Azure Pipelines, Repos, Boards, and Artifacts.

• Proficient in user, group, and permissions management.

• Experience in creating and maintaining custom processes.

• Expertise in using Power BI for developing dashboards and metrics.

• Knowledge of queries, data extraction, and analysis.

• Capability to deliver training and provide user assistance.

• Experience with software development governance is advantageous.

• Understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is a plus.

• Experience in integrating Azure DevOps with databases and BI tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud is a plus.

• Experience in automating DevOps processes is a plus.
