Senior DevOps Engineer, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines within AWS environments.

• Automate the deployment processes and platform operations utilizing infrastructure as code.

• Oversee containerized and serverless applications in a production setting.

• Enhance reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency.

• Utilize AI-driven automation to expedite delivery and improvements to the platform.

• Assume responsibility for crucial platform projects and provide value with minimal onboarding time.

• Implement automation strategies that decrease operational workload and enhance delivery speed.

• Facilitate greater self-service capabilities for development teams.

• Propel measurable enhancements in reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Establish yourself as a trusted technical authority in cloud infrastructure and platform operations.

• Collaborate with platform and DevOps engineers, product engineering teams, security experts, data specialists, and cloud professionals across various countries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud, platform, or infrastructure engineering.

• Extensive expertise with AWS, infrastructure as code, and cloud automation techniques.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and automation scripting languages.

• Experience in building and managing production systems at scale.

• Familiarity with AI-driven engineering tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in regulated sectors, such as healthcare or life sciences, is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced operational tools, agents, MCP integrations, or RAG solutions is advantageous.

• AWS certifications and experience in incident management are preferred.

• Knowledge of observability platforms like Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry is a plus.

• Experience working in both AWS and Azure environments is beneficial.
