Senior Developer

📋 Description

• Engages with users to understand existing operating procedures and to clarify project goals.

• Assists in and supports the strategic and operational planning process of Enterprise business solutions.

• Designs testable code while developing testing protocols or plans, and reviews modifications and results.

• Creates and develops high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems.

• Establishes and implements processes to ensure efficient and accurate workflow distribution.

• Builds applications as specified in requirements and produces deliverables.

• Offers technical expertise on subsystems and other performance-related systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Alternatively, an Associate's degree or 72 credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical area, along with three (3) years of pertinent experience.

• At least five (5) years of direct experience supporting source systems and project teams in the development, documentation, education, and articulation of moderately complex business requirements.

• Knowledge and experience in data collection, program logic development, coding, testing, and documentation.

• Experience serving as a Programming Lead in at least one (1) large-scale project.

• Strong skills in Active Listening, Oral Communication, Written Comprehension, Coaching, Problem Solving, and other interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Ab Initio, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Unix, among others.
