Senior Designer – Digital Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute high-impact email campaigns and landing pages that adhere to brand guidelines and marketing goals.

• Establish and manage scalable design systems and UI elements in Figma for both email and web interfaces.

• Work in close collaboration with web development, CRM, and strategy teams to bring digital campaigns to fruition.

• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to guarantee a unified message and user experience across all digital touchpoints.

• Convert creative ideas into development-ready designs, with awareness of responsive behavior and technical limitations.

• Utilize a practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to guide design choices and facilitate smooth handoffs to developers.

• Enhance designs for performance, accessibility, and conversion, integrating testing and insights where relevant.

• Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met while upholding quality and consistency.

• Articulate design strategies and rationales to stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends in email design, UX/UI, front-end development, and digital marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital design, excluding academic projects.

• Robust portfolio showcasing email marketing and landing page design expertise.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping capabilities.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ability to design with a development perspective).

• In-depth understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Background in a direct-to-consumer marketing setting.

• Strong grasp of UX/UI best practices, accessibility, and performance enhancement techniques.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively across diverse cross-functional teams.
