This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Onboard new clients onto Five Sigma’s SaaS platform while ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of existing customers.
• Oversee project planning and manage the execution of large-scale, high-risk, or strategic projects from initiation to successful go-live, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Assess complex situations accurately and pinpoint viable solutions for favorable customer outcomes.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed to manage expectations regarding all project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure the effective application of methodologies, tools, and procedures.
• Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events for initiating mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with the Professional Services (PS) team to guarantee the successful customization and integration of our platform according to client specifications.
• Build trust with clients by comprehending their organization, processes, team members, and desired outcomes.
• Work alongside clients' internal and external teams to understand operational and technical project requirements.
• Ensure timely and successful project completion and transition to customer support and BAU phase.
• Partner with customers to develop end-user training and establish support channels for go-live and post-production assistance.
• Plan and manage project resource allocation in collaboration with relevant internal departments.
• Offer technical, business consulting, and product expertise to facilitate comprehensive implementations and solutions.
• Configure product features to align with customer needs within contractual limits or identify change requests when necessary.
• Identify use cases, roles, and other business requirements for each implementation.
• Possesses extensive subject matter expertise in Property & Casualty insurance in Australia, with experience in claims being a significant advantage - A MUST.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in Tech SaaS companies, with a focus on Insurtech - A MUST.
• Proficiency in project management processes such as task planning, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.
• Solid technical background and understanding.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently involving various stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Experience in writing functional (business and technical) requirements.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs within the parameters of the project and statement of work.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams using a formalized methodology.
• PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications are considered a plus.
