This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process across various product verticals, from discovery and definition to development, launch, and initial adoption.
• Conduct intake and ensure definition readiness using established standards, acceptance criteria, sequencing, and prioritization.
• Enhance predictability through streamlined forecasting and planning techniques.
• Oversee dependencies, risks, obstacles, resource trade-offs, and conflicts during release windows across teams and verticals.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership on sequencing, capacity, risk management, coordination, and commitment discipline.
• Assess, modify, and implement delivery methods and standards tailored for complex scenarios.
• Mentor Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams on collaborative and efficient workflows.
• Lead planning, review, and retrospective sessions focused on delivering outcomes.
• Take charge of launch readiness and coordinate go-to-market efforts through adoption.
• Revise coordination and dependency processes to free up capacity for product managers and engineering leads.
• Act as an escalation point, mentor delivery practitioners and functional leaders, and provide counsel to senior executives.
• Make delivery health transparent through flow, predictability, throughput, blocked time, launch timelines, and adoption metrics.
• Influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success.
• Lead or assist with broader departmental and cross-organizational initiatives.
• 6+ years of experience managing delivery for software or product teams in delivery, program management, product operations, launch management, or similar roles.
• Proven experience overseeing delivery across multiple teams or product lines with different leaders and shared resources.
• Experience in mentoring or providing direction for other delivery practitioners.
• A documented history of enhancing team speed or predictability, including specific changes implemented.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and flow/Kanban delivery methodologies.
• Systems-thinking capability across the entire value stream.
• Comfort with determining methods and procedures in unprecedented situations.
• Ability to lead teams that do not report directly to you and foster cross-functional trust.
• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, prioritization, and diplomacy.
• Capacity to advise and influence senior stakeholders beyond your function.
• Experience managing dependencies and risks across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Sufficient technical literacy to understand engineering trade-offs and delivery blockers.
• Proven experience in launch and go-to-market coordination throughout ideation, release, and adoption phases.
• A preference for eliminating unnecessary processes, ceremonies, and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with adaptability and resilience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in Fintech, financial services, or regulated-industry software is preferred.
• Proficiency with project/work-management tools like Jira and delivery-metrics reporting tools such as Plandek is preferred.
• Experience in establishing or significantly reshaping a delivery-management function is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
