• Portfolio Strategy and Governance

• Strategic Roadmap Management: Ensuring alignment of programs and product/technology initiatives with the company’s OKRs.

• Schedule and Dependency Governance: Overseeing risks and alleviating bottlenecks in intricate environments.

• Strategic Alignment: Managing boards to guarantee that strategy is effectively translated into technical execution.

• Stakeholder Management: Providing executive reports on status, risks, impediments, and delivery milestones.

• Operational Excellence and Metrics

• Performance Management: Evaluating lead time, cycle time, throughput, and CFD (Cumulative Flow Diagram) to enhance flow.

• Tactical PDCA: Implementing cycles of continuous improvement grounded in efficiency and effectiveness data.

• Agility and Process Quality

• Facilitation of Scaling Ceremonies: Leading kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), discovery sessions, and delivery syncs.

• Agile Maturity: Conducting assessments (maturity radar) and converting findings into progressive action plans.

• Work Methods Assurance: Ensuring teams adhere to the methods and frameworks established and aligned by the Bank.
