This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary delivery executive responsible for the successful completion of client projects.
• Lead comprehensive implementation projects for health plan programs from the initial phase through deployment and stabilization.
• Create and oversee detailed project plans, encompassing scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate various functional workstreams, including integrations, benefits, claims, provider operations, member services, and compliance.
• Identify risks and formulate proactive strategies for mitigation.
• Update executive sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders on project status, risks, and impacts.
• Ensure that project activities comply with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Exchange, and DSNP regulatory requirements as well as client operational objectives.
• Supervise issue tracking, escalation management, and resolution processes.
• Manage both internal and client-facing cross-functional resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Promote process enhancements and facilitate knowledge transfer for long-term operational success following implementation.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience as a Delivery Executive and Project Manager; roles such as Lead or Senior Business Analyst do not qualify.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale implementations or operational programs within the healthcare payer sector.
• Strong understanding of claims, provider networks, utilization management, member services, benefits, and integrations.
• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams and intricate dependencies across technology and business operations.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and impact analysis pertaining to health plan operations.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of TriZetto Facets, QNXT, HealthRules, or other core administration platforms for payers.
• Familiarity with CMS, Medicaid agency, or Exchange regulatory-driven implementations.
• Previous experience in client-facing project leadership and management in a consulting setting.
